Premium Exploration Inc., (TSX VENTURE:PEM) announced the appointment of Mr. Patrick Sam Yue and Dr. Guojian Xu to its Board of Directors.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Premium Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PEM), is an explorer and developer of North American gold, silver, platinum and palladium.
